Vegan Chickā€™N White Wine Sauce

Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 white onion chopped
2 bell peppers chopped
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 cup of peas
1-2 celery stocks thinly chopped
100g button mushrooms ā€“ sliced
1 bag of faux chicken pieces (or button mushrooms)
1 tin vegan mushroom soup (or celery soup)
1 mug of vegetable stock
1/2 cup of white wine
1 tsp soy sauce or coconut aminos

Directions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add onion.
When onion starts getting translucent add peppers, garlic paste, peas and celery, mushrooms and faux chicken pieces.
Cook for apx. 8 mins on medium heat.
Add soup, cook for 1 min.
Add vegetable stock, wine and maggie. Simmer on low for 10 mins.

Serve with rice, garlic bread and fresh salad.
